Is There a Word for This?

Anti-adolescent prejudice. Is there a word for it? If I had a dime for every time I see someone say something like, "well, that person's a teenager, of course they're stupid", for dismissing the feelings of teenagers as "hormones", or for using "teenage" or "adolescent" as a slur, I'd be rich.

I thought of that last night after posting, but I don't know if I've ever heard it used except to refer to prejudice against older people, so I don't know how people would react if it were used to identify prejudice against younger people.

I've seen it used both ways, but I've also seen it mocked a lot as not being a strong enough oppression to get its own -ism name. That aside, since both types are about people's age I'd say go ahead and use it that way.
