Sounds a bit like Bodhi and Melissan from Baldur's Gate - whose motivations both boil down to greed, power, and in Bodhi's case sadism. Although I will say that Melissan lacks motherhood, the application of penii, or anything else that might give her character any kind of history. Or Hexxat from the Extended Edition, an unapologetically evil vampire who happens to be gay.
