She just played it straight with "dark is spooky!" and so what I actually like is more my projections of what I would have *liked* to see happen. It's ironically telling when one notes that the MoaD is the origin of all the 'monsters' Anita supposedly loves. You'd think Anita should thank her, really.
As it is, it's just evidence that Anita views all her 'lovers' as tainted.
