You can have sex in the game, but in order to keep the game "T", they never show it and never even say the word "sex". (Or even "make love", "spend the night together", etc. Closest is "get to know each other".) The word "rape" never comes up that I've seen, and I've played all the classes to the end of their class quests except Bounty Hunter, including a class that can participate in rape.
