It must depend a lot on the class, then, or the faction. I can't remember getting any on my Smuggler, just in her class quests. (Or I've blanked on them because they weren't in character for whatever reason. I have done that with options before, like, oh, the options to hurt people the Agent gets.). Nor do I remember any on my Jedi Knight (who's at least to Chapter Two) or my Bounty Hunter (ditto) or my assorted still in Chapter One folk. I have not gotten an Inquisitor very high, though.
And I could by chance have picked flirt heavy classes for my two male characters. If, for whatever reason, male Troopers and Agents get the most out of class flirt options, and female Inquisitors (mine is still on Dromund Kaas) the most... no wonder it seems so slanted to me.
