Can't sleep

I can't sleep, but I'm not awake enough to do anything either. I could probably read random stuff on the internet, but I seem to have finished the internet again. Plus I really should not risk wanting to comment in this state, and I'm supposed to be relaxing. I'm too tried to play even the simplest games or read a book. Putting a DVD in sounds like too much work, and besides, I want to be IN BED. But I keep lying in bed awake, and my mind goes to all sorts of unpleasant topics, and my back hurts, and argh. I wonder if it would be a bad idea for someone who takes Tramadol every day to take Benadryl.
