Trying to eat enough

Content note: disordered eating, disability, awesome site I found

I happened upon this site a couple weeks ago: (She commented at The Fat Nutritionist, I liked her comment so I clicked her name.) Her site is about eating disorders and a system for recovering from them. This involves eating at least 2500 calories a day if you're a woman, preferably more.
