You know, maybe - just maybe - if we all wish on a star and clap our hands and say we believe in fairies - maybe LKH will pull out the big hook in the final chapter of the series and go "Yes, this was a story about a woman losing her free will and her attempts to cope with it." Because as you said, that's the story. That's what's going on.

I know you haven't been feeling so well lately, so I really appreciate you posting this. It always cracks me up, or else gives me something to go "Whoa wtf" to. The book itself must be so headache inducing to read, but we appreciate you doing that for us and adding your commentary. That's what makes this worth reading.
