I've seen all the general quests except the bonus series, and I don't understand what you're saying? I felt as an Imperial that I was getting more and more good options until Corellia. There, the Empire is an occupying power -- I didn't expect to be able to be nice. I did expect to be able to kill Jedi, yay!
I feel on my Agent, so far, that the light side/dark side options don't line up with good and evil at all. In fact, even before this conversation, I was thinking about how the Agent's choices are interesting, because the morality of most of them is quite murky. On Nar Shaddaa in particular, I felt the big end choice was between evil and evil, and I think the light side option may have been the more evil. (Kaliyo wanted to do it, for one thing.) I did it, but only because my Agent is very loyal to the Empire, not because she or I thought it was more good.
